Back in late January, startup electric vehicle manufacturer Canoo, whose clients included the U.S. Army and NASA, filed for bankruptcy, an ignominious end to a company that showed enormous promise early in its history. But the story of Canoo and its cute electric pickup and cargo vehicle may not be over just yet, because reportedly the company’s chief executive officer is purchasing what’s left of the business. What that means for him, and for the brand, remains to be seen, but it seems the ride might not be over just yet.
