Since I began writing about cars, it’s always been a life-long goal to review a V-12-powered Mercedes-Benz S-Class. I remember picking up magazines as a kid and reading about how everyone all unanimously said, in one way or another, there’s simply nothing like a 12-cylinder Benz. It’s a reputation that originated from the introduction of the company’s first V-12 S-Class in 1992, the W140 600SEL.
