The Street Bob is the cruiser that revolutionized factory bobbers. It is quite popular and has undergone a major upgrade with a larger Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-Twin in 2025. Yet, this makes an easy choice for modification.
Speaking of that, Swiss Custom House, Bundnerbike, decided to inject a Street Bob with nostalgia (a lot of it!) through a custom makeover reminiscent of classic Harleys from the 1950s. This custom Street Bob, known as Piero’s Bobber, is a fine fusion of modern muscle and classic old-school hardware and aesthetics. This time-traveling Harley-Davidson is a sure-shot head-turner.
This Custom H-D Street Bob Flaunts Custom Old-School Hardware
Gets A Unique Front Suspension Setup That Was Popular During The 1950s
The highlighting feature that instantly transports this modified Harley-Davidson to the 1900s is its springer suspension setup. This, coupled with its cool-looking bobber handlebars, gives it an authentic 1950s bobber look. It is crowned with a minimalist retro headlight that protrudes at the top. Bundnerbike has also garlanded this Street Bob with a custom solo leather seat atop a slim seat plate. This notably lowers the ride height and also helps with a more relaxed rider triangle, compared to the stock bike.
The custom fuel tank is split from the center to form a two-piece layout. Its central connection is adorned with a cool, tank-mounted leather strap, made of the same leather as the seat. The instrument cluster is taken from the 2025 Street Bob and is fixed on top of the fuel tank for an old-school appeal. The front is devoid of a fender, and the rear features a bobbed custom fender that is chunky and also conceals two neat LEDs, which handle taillight duties. This custom Harley features a set of cool, custom-spoke wheels with chunky, road-spec tires.

The gorgeous paintwork is a treat to watch and is the work of Bundnerbike’s long-time collaborator, Carrosserie Ludwig. The soothing ice blue shade is reminiscent of classic Harley-Davidsons, which pops out notably, thanks to the contrasting high-gloss acrylic black powder coating. The fuel tank is adorned with a classic-vibing Harley-Davidson emblem in gold and red.

The Popular Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-Twin Remains Unchanged
However, It Does Get Upgraded Acoustics
This is an aesthetically heavy custom motorcycle, and therefore, the engine has been left mostly untouched. Powering this modified Street Bob is the renowned Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-twin. This 1,868 cc mill produces a healthy 94 horsepower and 119 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheel via a 6-speed gearbox and a final belt drive system. The 114 V-twin makes it evident that this build is based on the 2024 model, as the 2025 got the bigger and more powerful 117 V-twin.
The Street Bob is already a relatively lightweight cruiser bike, with a curb weight of 655 pounds (for the 2024 model year). The stripped-down modifications should further reduce that number. The sole powertrain-related modification here is a custom exhaust system by KessTech.
Made of chrome steel, we suspect it to be lighter and more brutish-sounding than the stock setup. Also, the press images show the exhaust tips with valves. Although it is not mentioned, KessTech is renowned for its valvetronic exhaust system. This Harley also appears to have a similar setup. The custom house states this exhaust provides “the unmistakable sound of a real bobber.”
