The luxury automotive business ain’t easy because customers demand an elevated experience every step of the way – as they should, since they’re paying for a premium product. Not only do the vehicles themselves have to provide ample style, opulent appointments, and all the latest technology, but everything from the purchasing process to maintenance and service work has to be a cut above the competition. To better take care of its customers, startup luxury brand Genesis is opening a raft of new standalone facilities across the U.S.
Elevating The Whole Experience
The world’s only Korean luxury brand, Genesis, has been charting its own course since 2015, when it broke free from Hyundai and became a standalone division. Since then, the company has been wowing the media and motorists alike with outstanding design, innovative new features, and incredible attention to detail.
Continuing this enviable momentum, Genesis just announced it’s opening eight new standalone dealerships across the U.S., bringing the luxury brand’s dedicated retail facilities total to 68. Overall, Genesis has a “network of more than 200 independent U.S. retailers,” plus more than 30 additional distributors in Canada. Many of these stores are paired with other brands, though it’s great to see them opening more facilities dedicated purely to Genesis.
These new locations are opening in a range of different markets, though three of the eight are in Texas: Harlingen, Plano, and Webster. Others are online in Gilbert, Arizona; Norman, Oklahoma; Highland Park, Illinois; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
