Want to learn more about Lexus or experience some of the highfalutin Japanese brand’s vehicles? Do you live in the New York City area? If so, you’re in luck! Toyota’s luxury division opened a temporary new pop-up showroom on Manhattan Island right in the Meatpacking District. Guests are invited to “experience amazing” at the new Curated by Lexus facility.

Explore The Diverse Lexus Lineup

Product is at the heart of this new pop-up showroom. Accordingly, several Lexus vehicles will be on display for luxury customers to peruse at their leisure. Arguably, the stateliest product of the bunch is the new LX 700h, a large, hybrid-powered SUV that’s perfect for intimidating other New York City drivers. This utility vehicle has three rows of seats, offers top-shelf materials, and is motivated by an electrified 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6 that cranks out 457 horsepower when running on premium fuel (that is, 91 octane or higher).

The Lexus GX 550 will also be shown. Somewhat resembling a Japanese G-Class, this boxy, squared-off SUV offers tremendous capability, with six Multi-Terrain settings for nearly any condition, and up to 33-inch tires. Expect this vehicle to offer all the latest and greatest amenities, and to have impeccable build quality, something Lexus is famous for.

Adding a dash of dramatic flair, motorists and pedestrians alike will be able to get up close and personal with the LC 500 Convertible, a large and luxurious drop-top with unmistakable style and presence. A 471-hp 5.0-liter V8 provides plenty of speed, while the retractable fabric top provides an open-air driving experience, allowing you to enjoy the engine’s rumbling exhaust note.

An IS 500 Special Appearance Package will also be proudly exhibited at this Manhattan pop-up facility. A gateway model for the brand, this four-door car is popular with well-heeled buyers, though the IS 500 offers much more than just an entry-level experience. As with the droptop mentioned in the previous paragraph, this sedan is also propelled by a thundering 5.0-liter V8 that provides enough kibbles and bits to hit 60 mph in as little as 4.4 seconds.

Check It Out If You Get A Chance

Aside from a handful of vehicles, Lexus has also partnered with two local artists to add some visual pizzazz to various displays. Alana Tsui is a muralist and Sam Horine works as a photographer. If you swing by, make sure to check out their work.

This Curated by Lexus pop-up showroom is located at 401 W 14th Street, just about a block away from Genesis House, the Genesis brand’s unique – and undeniably cool – experience center. You can visit this Lexus outlet from now through July 6, 2025. The hours may vary based on holidays, but the facility should be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
