If you’re a Ducati Panigale fan, 2025 must be feeling like a dream so far. We’ve already gotten two very exotic Panigale V4s, and now, there’s a third (probably the best) one yet. This follows in the footsteps of the Diavel 1260 Lamborghini and Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini to be the third partnership between the two VW-owned brands.

The Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini Has Carbon Fiber Left, Right, And Center

Carbon fiber is undeniably the theme here. Up top, the standard headlight mask and side fairings have made way for carbon fiber pieces, flanked by a carbon fiber hugger. At the rear, the tail section is all-new and inspired by the Lamborghini Revuelto for a sharper tushy. In the same sense, the forged wheels and new carbon winglets both take inspiration from the supercar.

All the carbon is on full display and flexes a twill weave pattern rather than the plain weave. This gives it a unique identity, which is further accentuated by bespoke Verde Scandal graphics. You’ll find the latter on the headlight cowl, side fairings, brake calipers, and the suede saddle. Once aboard, the TFT plays its part and features a dedicated start-up animation with the Panigale Lamborghini on the screen.

Performance Upgrades Help The Panigale V4 Lamborghini Produce Over 215 HP

With the spruced-up design, the Desmosedici Stradale engine gets a couple of notable changes, too. The conventional clutch has made way for a race dry clutch, and a titanium Akrapovic exhaust system replaces the standard bulbous unit. Both help the bike produce 215.5 horsepower (or 218.5 CV), 2.5 horsepower more than the standard V4 S. The changes also drop the weight to 407.8 pounds, making this the fastest Panigale V4 right now (on the basis of power-to-weight ratio). That should change once the 2026 Panigale V4 R comes.

Moving on, not much has changed in the underpinnings department, other than the wheels we told you about before. The special edition is based on the V4 S, so you get the same electronic Ohlins suspension, Brembo Hypure front calipers, and 330 mm front rotors. It’s the same story with the electronic tidbits, as the package is exactly the same as the Panigale V4 S.

The Panigale V4 Lamborghini Is The Most Expensive Ducati Today

Look at the previous Ducati-Lamborghini tie-ups, and you’ll know neither has been cheap. The latest Panigale V4 Lamborghini follows the same brief, boasting a wild price tag of $78,400. Only 630 units will go on sale worldwide, each of which will come with an array of special parts with the bike (listed below). So this is a sure-shot collectible that could get you a profit once ICE bikes go obsolete.
