If you’re a Royal Enfield fan, we have some good news for you. The Indian giant has just launched its newest 350cc machine–the Goan Classic 350–in America. It’s RE’s taken on a budget bobber, loaded with swagger all around. All this while, you still get all the likable bits you’d expect from an entry-level Enfield. Let’s dive in.

The Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 Has An Eye-Catching Design

Look at the Classic 350 and Goan Classic 350 side-by-side, and you’ll find several similarities. The curvacious fuel tank, LED headlight, long fenders, and chrome touches (headlight nacelle and mirrors) come straight from the popular Classic. Yet, if you zoom in, RE has paid attention to the details for the Goan to stand out.

Regular spoke wheels pave the way for cross-spoke hoops, while the pillion saddle is no longer a standard inclusion. Instead, you’ll have to pay extra for the latter. Ergonomically, RE has swapped the curvy tubular handlebar with an ape-hanger here. Not only does it look cool, but it also makes the riding posture more upright. Finally, there are some rather bold color options, which we’ve listed below. No Purple Haze and Shack Black colors for the US, however.

2025 Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 Color Options

  • Trip Teal (teal and orange livery with orange rims and chrome exhaust)
  • Rave Red (deep red and black livery with deep red rims)

Under all the pizazz, this is essentially a Classic 350. You find RE’s trusty 348cc, single-cylinder engine seen on other RE 350 models. The mill is good for 20 horsepower and 20 pound-feet via a five-speed gearbox. It’ll be slower than the Classic, though, as the Goan weighs 4.4 pounds more.

There are other mechanical changes, however. The brand tells us the swingarm is longer on the Goan, along with a tweaked rear suspension setup. That’s about it. The wheel size and braking setup comprises a 19-inch front wheel with a 300 mm single disc and a 16-inch rear wheel with a 270 mm disc.

The Goan Classic 350 Is The Most Expensive 350cc Royal Enfield In The US

The Goan Classic 350 is priced at $4,999, which is the most expensive 350cc Enfield in America. This makes it $300 and $400 pricier than the Meteor and Classic 350, respectively. Additionally, the Goan is also $150 more expensive than the Honda Rebel 300. While the Honda can’t match the RE’s swagger, it does more performance with a lower weight. What will you pick?
