Porsche specialist magazine ‘000’ is giving its readers the opportunity to win a specially-commissioned, 911 Turbo S, based on the model that set a new production car record on the famed Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in 2022.

This particular model – the ‘000 Commission’ – was personally optioned by the editors of 000 Magazine, and mimics the Porsche 911 Turbo S that became the first production car in history to complete the historic, 12.42-mile, 156-turn Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in less than 10 minutes at the 100th running of the event in 2022.

Readers who make a purchase of $25 or greater on the official 000 website will automatically be entered into a prize draw for the 000 Commission, stated to be valued at $286,000. Entries for the competition will close on March 31. Further details are available HERE.

#000 Porsche Completes Pikes Peak In Record 9m 53s

Driven by David Donner, the 2022-spec Porsche 992 Turbo S on which the ‘000 Commission’ is based set a stellar 9m 53s time at PPIHC in 2022, becoming the first production car to complete the famed ‘race to the clouds’ in less than 10 minutes. Impressively, the street-legal Porsche 911, which used race number #000 for the event, was placed 2nd overall. The 000 Commission was later optioned in tribute to the accomplishment, and was designed to closely resemble the 911 Turbo S whilst still “remaining perfectly suitable for everyday driving, back roads, grand touring, or track days.”

“We knew the 992 Turbo S with the Lightweight Package was a serious performer, but we were shocked when David Donner drove a nearly stock example, still on its factory fill of motor oil, to a class win and second overall at Pikes Peak.”

5 percent of all proceeds made will be donated through 000magazine.com to 43 Institute, the non-profit charity founded in the name of the late Ken Block. Fittingly, the former rally star and PPIHC competitor was also at the 100th edition of the event with the 1,400-horsepower ‘Hoonipigasus.’

Powered By Same 640-Horsepower Twin-Turbo Flat-Six

Created in collaboration with the official ‘Porsche Sonderwunsch’ personalization department, the 000 Commission boasts the same Lightweight Package as its tribute model, which comes complete with full bucket ‘918’ seats with carbon backs, lightweight glass, no rear bench, 20-inch (front) and 21-inch (rear) Exclusive Design wheels, a front axle lift system, and a fire extinguisher, as well as carbon fiber accenting in the cabin. While some elements, like the above, are direct lifts from the #000 race car, “others were inspired by it,” including the ‘000’ logo on the radiator grille and under the rear wing, the ‘Carmine’ Red door mirrors, and the ‘000 Pike’s Peak 100 ‘graphic across the doors.

The interior meanwhile features illuminated door sills (including the ‘000’ logo) in matte carbon-fiber, as well as a map of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb course and 9m 53s ‘Certified Course Time’ embossed in leather on the central arm rest. The drivetrain itself, unsurprisingly, remains as standard, with the 3.7-liter flat-six producing 640-horsepower and 590-pound-feet, enough for a 0-60 MPH sprint in 2.6 seconds en-route to a 205 MPH top speed.
